General rules for creating cards are simple. The prompts must be suitable for an all-ages audience (i.e., avoid the use of profane language, graphic sexual references, and references to graphic violence). The cards cannot use copyrighted material in a way that violates fair use without permission of the original rights holder. (For example, if you use image-based prompts, the images must be in the public domain, or you must have permission of the artist to use their work.)
Once you submit a BINGO card to the challenge, you will not be able to edit your card and you will not be able to withdraw your card from the challenge! We may make minor edits and changes, such as correcting spelling mistakes.
You may create as many cards as you would like. The more cards we have, the more fun the event will be! Even if there is already a card for a particular theme, you may create a different card for the same theme. (For example, there is a Sons of Fëanor card; you may create additional Sons of Fëanor cards with different prompts.)
