Just found this story. It's wonderful and I am so intrigued by where this is going. I love the inner monologues Maedhros has with himself--it's fascinating insight into who he is now.
I like his interaction with Elrond as well.

Very interesting characters, especially Nerdanel. She is so cold and... heartless? Why? Because of her sons' crimes or society's opinion? Os she is alreaady exhausted for being waiting so many centuries. I don't know what I should think.
But I'm glad that Elrond is still with Maedhros. Even Maedhros is so...like Maedhros of First Age. Didn't change.
