That is certainly a unique perspective on prompts. The characterization wins--you introduce all of the players as old friends. One feels like one owes them a warm "welcome back!" Nellas is such an odd creature, isn't she? That's one lucky dog also! I think that doggie mom is going to have a rather cushy time raising those pups.
The mood and setting and is perfect and yes, Mablung and Beleg are extremely likeable and attractive.
Thank you so much, Oshun! I'm beyond happy to hear that you like the story. It's great to know that the characters seem old friends. I certainly think they are and I'm happy that the story shows them as such. Really appreciate your comment! Thank you :D Oh, and the dog -- lucky one, indeed :)
I've already told you this elsewhere--but I think this is a great story. I love Beleg here and his courage and kindness. I also enjoyed your characterization of Mablung and mysterious Nellas.
Yay wardens!! I really enjoyed this glimpse into a normal quite day alone the normerne border of doriath. 😀 You know I love your Beleg and his indulgence of Mablung, even when he is being a bored pain in the ass. d84;
