The abrupt style of this poem worked well with the tone and mood, I thought; the rhythm was harsh, much like hoofbeats--a wonderful technique. I had not thought of Aredhel in this light before, and though I can't say I enjoy it entirely, I think you've done this unique portrayal some justice. 

Thank you very much :) The abrupt style seemed to suit her personality, the somewhat wild and reckless oung woman rather than the proper lady that, in this piece, her parents wanted her to be. She always came across as rather rebellious to me, and looking at the Silmarillion we can see where that led her! :)
