Read Lost?
The force and embodiment: waves dance their deadly swirl before crashing upon the shores. Lost, yet not forgotten I wander along these beaches away from lands that once were. Who will hear my voice and shall take heed to my warnings of deeds now only captured in words?
The oath was never silent: it still clamours inside me, begging for its release. Hunters, craftsmen and loremasters now long lost in history: the music still remains. These days’ songs of dwarves and a hobbit rule minds of many. May a few remember who I once was and maybe will be again.

This is wonderful! You've captured in this short fic so well the power of the Oath, of Maglor's pride as a bard, and of his love for music. The last line was particularly poignant. :)

I am wondering if he means this literally or poetically?
