Portrait of Indis, second Wife of Finwë

A coloured pencil drawing of Indis, second wife of Finwe. She is light-skinned and has her long blonde hair in a thick braid, adorned with clips in butterfly shape. Around her neck is a thick gold necklace with pink gems and a slimmer one with a butterfly pendant. She wears a dress with a low neckline, colours changing from pink to a deep blue.

Chapter End Notes

This is how I imagine Indis in her wedding dress, the jewellery with the use of butterflies is more vanyarin, while the hair and the thick choker with gems are very much in noldorin tradition. The dress is a mixture of both, more elaborate than the vanyar would wear but still less opulent than noldorin fashion.
