About Me

Hi, I moved from the south of England to rural SW France just over 4 years ago & this is where my real interest in JRR Tolkien began. Having read The Hobbit & The Lord of The Rings about 20 years ago for the first time i had always loved these works, but only read the Silmarillion 3 years ago, since having more time to myself. I immediatly became ,i suppose, obsessed (!) with it, reading it again & again to truly understand its complexities, which urged me to buy the HOME books & delve deeper, in particular to the fate of the Feanorians. I love reading Fanfiction & am trying to pluck up the courage to have a go myself!
