About Me
Longtime Tolkien enthusiast. I still remember the day, long ago in my youth, when my father first introduced me to the Hobbit. The look of Gollum on the cover, the 1977 cartoon classic, and the wonderful journey that I took part in while reading it was life changing at the time. And yet, if I read it today, it does the same thing. I found the Silmarillion to be difficult to read at that time, and as I grow older, the history and lore found within it sparks with true to life glimpses of fighting for honor and goodness in this dark world.
