About Me

If I wasn't obsessed with Tolkien's world to a fault, I'd be perfect (or so I'd like to think; in reality, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have taken me long to find new things to complain about). Then again, who am I kidding? Middle-Earth maketh and breaketh our souls. We're now as bound to this painfully beautiful, non-existent world at least as much (if not more), as the sons of Feanor were bound to their preposterously tragic oath. 

Just finished reading the Silmarillion btw, and currently harbouring an intense love for Feanor. Special mentions go to Finrod Felagund, Andreth, Faramir, Bilbo, Maedhros, Maglor, Galadriel, Fingon, Elrond, Beorn and Eowyn. And an inexplicably weird attraction to Glorfindel. Please don't ask. 

I'm currently working on a LotR metafanfic (might evolve into a crossover with Silmarillion, I'm very flighty). I plan on posting it online as soon as it evolves into something coherent. 

Long live the Silmarillion and the entire lore of ME. May all the deadly awesome but sadly dead dudes and dudettes of ME rest in peace. Especially those of the First Age. I deny any accusations of favouritism.
