Fanwork Notes

Of the Prompt

In this prompt, five features of Ilmarin, the abode of the Valar Manwë and Varda, are ‘explained out’. The features can be rooms (or a part of it), decoration (tapestry etcetera), or areas (a quiet courtyard or places like that). There could be original characters – whether fully or borrowing the disused names from Tolkien – appearing here, but the main characters are Manwë and Varda. The timeline, if there is any, is given before each part of the five pieces; all pieces, however, are not closely connected in this regard.

I need a beta reader to help me with this piece up to the last (the fifth) content-wise. Would someone please? I need to delf deeper into the story in each piece, but I cannot do so alone, given my limited knowledge of Tolkien's earlier ages.

(Wow! A review! I thought no one would review...)

Thanks for commenting, Ithilwen! :) I was inspired by one of Fiondil's stories - the Wars of the Valar - when I was trying to come up with something to fill my fourth piece. In his story there is a whole galaxy for the new stars, though. I thought about creating a less-grander 'greenhouse' and giving more details into the star-creation... so that was the result. LOL Not so creative after all, eh? *blush*
