He does make a very irascible Cuivienen elf!
I really like how Feanorian he remains, even under these circumstances, and I was amused by the beard!

He hasn't managed to change everything yet, as he hoped--but as he says, who knows what will happen?

The scene at the beginning really works for me and I loved reading about AU Finwe and his dog.
And now I'm wondering about Ronye's story...

This is a strange and moving story- maybe he will wait for Fingon's return? Maybe he can persuade Fingon to run away with him... except of course that Fingon will have never hd his cousin as a lover and there is this inescapable sense of the Doom. Wonderful idea.
