Random elf probably stood up and recited this in front of the Valar, assembled elves of Valinor, and whoever else would be shocked by it. I feel like writing this poem to begin with would be a giant f you to the Valar. :P
Written for Poetry Month, in addition to A Woman's Sceptre. My prompt for A Woman's Sceptre was “A nomad I will remain for life, in love with distant and uncharted places.” ~ Isabelle Eberhardt, which was the perfect prompt for me. :D
