I have only recentcly become acquainted with the Silmarillion after knowing and loving LOTR for many years. I especially loved discovering the stories of Aragorn's ancestors.
I write mostly stories about Aragorn in the fourth Age,but like to mention the Valar and his ancestors.
My favourite characters in the Simarillion are Melian,Luthien, Isildur and Huan.
