Written for Back to Middle-earth Month, 2014 for the prompt: Spring - Use the following song to inspire your writing or artwork: "Return of the Birds" by the Mediæaval Bæbes.
While the Mediæaval Bæbes' song is amazing and wonderful, I also owe a lot to the song, "All Flowers Bend Towards the Sun", sung by Jeff Buckley and Elizabeth Fraser, which is as awkward, sexy and wonderful as I wanted this story to be. Thank you to dear Elleth for beta-ing and hand-holding. ♥
