Ah, very nice!  I think this is the first time I have read a sexswapped Elrond, and this vignette really works for me.  Elrin and Maedhros' dialogue is revealing in a number of ways, and I especially appreciated how the disparity of the Noldorin and Sindarin cultures are highlighted.  And that Nimloth gutted Caranthir!  At any rate, there's a lot churning in the undercurrents of this short piece, and it's nicely drawn out in your prose.

On "Elrin."  The name works for me.  Quenya would be Elrinë, so "Elrin" is a perfectly logical Sindarized form.

This is wonderful! I love the complications, the subtext, everything! I especially like how Elrin sees Maedhros looking at her and her brother in a way that makes complete sense. And the final lines! Perhaps all three indeed.
