These are gorgeous pieces, Clodia. Each so fitting to the botanical prompt. I'm always impressed when a writer can convey character in ficlets, and you've done so beautifully here, particularly with Erestor and Melinna (I like her :^)).
Thank you for reading and for commenting so kindly! This was the first time I'd tried drabbling, so it's wonderful to hear you liked the result. (And it's even better to hear you like Melinna; she's my ongoing OC, so reassurance of her likeability always makes me bounce happily. ^^)
That is very good to hear! Thank you for reading and for such a kind comment -- and I'm glad you liked Tom and Goldberry! It's nice to take them seriously now and again. ^^
Ah...continuity, love it! I'm hoping this is linked to The Lonliness of the Fishermouse story? Nightingale pillows and a new tapestry of Luthien. I love it when authors pull details from other stories and weave them into new. And I do love your Erestor.
All of my stories fit together, so yes, lots of continuity! Especially in these drabbles, which tend to be bites from the bigger fics. I'm very glad you enjoyed them - and my Erestor, who turns up in all my stories. Thanks again!
