Oh I love it!!! I love slightly eldrich Maia and this embodies it so well. The way she untangles him really (ironically) captures the reader so well, and then he opens his eyes and she is caught as well! <3
I'm so glad you like this! Melian captured Thingol, and then he captures her in turn, and I think there is just something about that, that is fun to try and put into words!
