I enjoyed reading about Cirdan. And this was so different. A slight hint of romance lying as a yet untapped undercurrent of attraction between them.

*Fingolfin continued,"and my sister, Irime."

Not so fitting as Lalwen, Cirdan thought, too light and airy for the warrior standing before him, her eyes slate-grey like the winter-sea and promising the possibility of storms. He thought he should like to watch those storms; feeling a smile stretch his lips at the thought.*

Oooh! I wish you would write more, Raiyana. I would love to see where this leads. I think Irime would make it quite difficult for him, even if she's interested. But I believe Cirdan would also enjoy the challenge.
