I've written this over the past two days, after seeing my friend's brand-new painting. It's so new that unfortunately I don't have a link to it yet, and the poem won't make proper sense without seeing it - but suffice it to say that Finrod is stunningly beautiful and dripping with pearls (and the poem is suitably effusive)! He isn't actually a king at this point but there's a hint of what he will become. Link to follow - but I'm posting this now in order to meet the challenge deadline (last-minute as ever!)
