What a great sequence of drabbles! You've really honed the craft. The contrast in the first one between the past, which Finrod even still imagines he can see through cloud an storm, and the tower as a symbol of present hope is powerful. 

I love the moment when Tuor and Turin cross paths. Bringing Voronwe, with his elven perception, into it was clever. 

And of course your orcish povs have become a trademark. I liked the contrasting tone of the last one. 

Thank you so much!  I love it when random prompts pull out moments I hadn't spent much time thinking about, or finally give me a reason to write something that has only lingered vaguely in my head.

I love how much detail we get out of Tuor's story, it makes me ache for all the details in Tolkien's head that he never quite got around to writing down for other stories and characters.  

I hope you read Grundy's also, her first and my first really go together well as we both took the prompt to a similar direction but very different mood.
