Fanwork Notes

I've been listening to this song about Finrod and Sauron's sing-off nonstop for like four days and it got me thinking that Maedhros, because of his experience in Thangorodrim, probably was particularly affected by what happened to Finrod. Being as he is fully and intimately aware of what Sauron and Morgoth are capable of with prisoners.

Thank you! I know the Feanorians weren't generally as close to the Nolofinweans and Arafinweans as those groups were with each other, but idk I still felt like Finrod's death would stand out to Maedhros, especially when he learns about Celegorm and Curufin's hands in it. "To evil end shall all things turn that they begin well" and such.
