I like Maglor deciding to take up the tradition he has sensed in defiance of his foreknowledge and that the hill appreciates it, even if it is others who are singing and dancing.

The Rathloriel episode was interesting and well handled, too.

Oh I love this! It feels so very elven. The descriptions of nature and its music are beautiful. I've always been so intrigued by the Fëanorians in Ossiriand and by their doings during the War of Wrath. This is a wonderful collection of moments. Love the idea of finding jewels in the river from the time of Beren. And singing and dancing on the hill where elves celebrated even before the coming of the Noldor! They're all just Eldar after all <3.
