What a lovely juxtaposition! I'm currently at one of those phases where I find Aredhel's friendship with the Sons of Fëanor especially intriguing (and I can't even say why, the dynamics aren't quite the same as with Maedhros and Fingon, after all), but this was a wonderful take on their closeness anyway - doom and distance and betrayal and all. Well done, Rhapsy!
