This is all around lovely!

I particularly like the lines:

When you wrapped the scarlet scarf around our wrists
I gave myself to you and you bound yourself to my fate

The scarlet scarf binding them together is such a vivid image of the seriousness of their relationship.

And:

The hand that was holding the reins slipped
And for a moment, at least, I made you lose your balance

It was real on Sauron's side, even if only for a moment.
