You've captured the essence of the fairytale here, and it actually brought tears to my eyes. Then again, the little match girl has always brought tears to my eyes. It is a very sad tale, and I think, in using Elured, you managed to capture it perfectly.

 The sadness he felt, the hunger, the cold. The longing for his family, for someone to love him, and in the end when he died - he found all of that. One can imagine he is with Dior and his wife. ^_^
