Fanwork Notes

Inspired by the song "Ghost Love Score" by Nightwish (specifically the line "My love in the dark heart of the night") as well as Tolkien Femslash Week's Sappho challenge (specifically the prompt "56. not one girl I think
who looks on the light of the sun
                       will ever
                       have wisdom
                       like this").

How lovely to see Nimloth in an entirely unviolent, unangsty situation! I really enjoyed the tenderness that runs through the whole piece. I also enjoyed their conversation, their speculation about the new light and Melian's motivations in holding things back. But above all, it's the gentleness and reassurance these two share that made me feel very happy while reading this. They deserve it so much!
