Summary:

The story of how Fingon comes to learn that Maedhros does indeed return his feelings, though he has to go through some angst to get there. Maglor is there to sing his way through stories as he always does, but as is for Maglor, his story is the one we are left waiting for.

I love the idea of relating this concept of hiraeth or saudade to Elves in general and the Noldor in particular. I love the idea of the ópasimpa. I am not familar with that instrument, but I harmonicas can take on that type of longing, melancholy sounds.

Fingon with jewels caught in his hair sounds lovely. And thank you so much for saying nice things about my Maitimo and Findekáno.
