There's a lot in this chapter!

Many telling details about the characters--but I'm perhaps particularly struck by Finrod breaking the finger of the statue.

Things are going quickly--Finrod and Maglor have only recently met and already they are heading off into the wilds together. It's a bad moment for Maglor, so he's lucky to have Finrod's support.
