Obscene Gestures
From the SWG discord instadrabbling session on January 18, 2025. Nerdanel deals with the fallout of her family's exile to Formenos and gets caught in the crossfire.
Features rude talk regarding sex issues.
Nerdanel wears a dark veil over her hair after Fëanáro and her sons have left her for Formenos - not merely to render herself a little less visible in Tirion amid all the dark-haired Noldor - she grieves her family's leaving no less.
On the grand market, she walks the crafter's alley and buys sandpaper and mastic to bring a shattered statue back together, one of Fëanáro toppled and shattered before the palace. From the corner of her eye she spots the two-hand juggle of waving fingers up and down that is meant to signify flames and fire, and lascivious laughter following. She opens her mind and quietly reaches out to listen, perhaps interfere, and wishes she hadn't.
"Looks like jiggling tits, I always thought. He sure did!"
"Or balls! She'd have!" says the other mind, and both spark dark amusement.
Fëanáro would have laughed and called it prowess. She turns away.
