Fanwork Notes

Written for the monthly challenge It Comes In Threes. My prompt was: "Lights! Camera! Action!"

I remembered that The Radcliffe Camera in Oxford was a possible inspiration for Tolkien as he described the Temple in Númenor, and the story went from there.

CW for blood and gore, violence, violent death, and a mention of slavery.

An impressive scene, certainly as dramatic or cinematic as the prompt suggests!

(The Radcliffe Camera, I'm sure, has seen plenty of drama, but not human sacrifice, fortunately, at least not literally...)

Ar-Pharazon's point of view is a difficult one, but you have handled it well.
