I had to re-check my history because for the briefest moment after I read: 

"I think," Maglor said slowly, as he handed the paper to Daeron, "that we should take the next ship back to America."

I was wondering "OMG are they going on the Titanic!?"  But no, a few years too late... 

This was a lovely series of them through the ages!  And finally to that ending (that we'd all been waiting for) ??

It's as if he has a sixth sense for Daeron appearances. I think I saw pictures of that installation somewhere (or something similar to it) and it looked fantastic!
