Hans, the SCAdian King of the West, passed away. To honor his passing, I drew this picture of a grief-stricken peacock, colored as naturally as I could, on an Or (yellow) background, wearing the vert (green) crown of the West Kingdom struck through with sable (black). I signed it with my SCA name, Sophie Brandeis, and my seagull muse's SCA name, Fritter (like a Donut, but more medieval period-appropriate)

This was posted during Scribbles & Drabbles 2023 but isn't *just* for S&D, however it counts as S&D art.
